Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: 1 January 2026
Free trial
Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start. If you don't upgrade, your account is downgraded automatically — no charge.
Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Monthly payments are non-refundable once processed.
Annual subscriptions
Cancellations within the first 14 days of an annual term are eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable but the subscription remains active until term end.
Enterprise contracts
Enterprise refunds and cancellations are governed by the signed order form and master service agreement.
How to request a refund
Write to billing@brewtally.in with your organization name and invoice reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
